booking
After a booking in written form (letter, email or online-booking) you will receive a booking conformation and invoice.
Note: both written and telephone bookings are binding.

We can also send you a personal offer (non-binding) in advance. For this purpose please call us, write an email or use our contact form.
payment
After you received the booking conformation and invoice please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account not later than 14 days before your arrival.
If you book shot-termed it is also possible to pay cash at your arrival.
check-in
The earliest check-in time is 5.00 pm. Please send us your planned arrival time in advance. If you are late or if you wish another check-in time please contact us early enough.
check-out
The latest check-out time is 9.30 am.
visitor's tax
The visitor's tax will we charged in addition and will be transfered to the local community Ramsau. It is 3.10 € pro night for adults and 1.55 € per night for children from age 6 to 16.
smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. If needed you can smoke on the balcony.
pets
We don't allow any pets or animals in our apartments.
cancellation conditions
A cancellation is unpleasant for both sides. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed travel price when not using the contractual services. In case of cancellation or early departure or late arrival 90% of the accommodation costs will be charged for the booked days. The indicated costs refer to the full travel price. The visitor's tax will be charged only for overnight stays actually made.

In the event that you become ill shortly before you travel, if you can not travel for any other reason or if you need to cancel your stay, we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
